2. Description

The OR-M302X(R),OR-M305X(R),OR-M307X(R) consists of a non zero crossing photo

triac, optically coupled to a gallium arsenide infrared emitting diode. They are housed in the SOP-

4 package and guarantees insulation thickness.Therefore,they meets the reinforced insulation class

requirements of international safety standards.
