Consume Grade Phototransistor Optocoupler ORPC-817-S-(SJ)-EN-V0ORPC-845 series optical coupler consists of four infrared emitting diodes and four optically to a photo Darlington detector.


Features
The OR-852 series devices consist an infrared emitting diodes, optically coupled to a high voltage photo Darlington detector.
The devices are in a 4-pin DIP package and available in wide-lead spacing and SMD option.
